Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BTC Regime provides a cryptocurrency market analytics dashboard including regime classification, whale tracking, liquidation data, exchange flows, DeFi metrics, liquidity indicators, macro context, and Telegram-based alerts. The service is informational only and does not facilitate, execute, or recommend trades.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable local laws to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Rules

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Do not share login credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
• Notify us immediately at support@btcregime.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

• BTC Regime offers two tiers: Observer (free) and Pro (paid).
• Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe, either monthly or annually.
• Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' email notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until renewal.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Free Trial

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No payment is required to start the trial.
• After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Observer (free) tier unless you subscribe to Pro.
• Each account is entitled to one free trial only. We track trial usage to prevent abuse.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional discounts may be offered when converting from trial to a paid subscription. These discounts apply only to the first billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment (monthly or annual).
• No partial refunds on annual plans after the 7-day window.
• To request a refund, email support@btcregime.com within 7 days of your first charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the dashboard beyond your tier's rate limit.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially republish dashboard data without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer the regime classification algorithm or scoring methodology.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Telegram Bot Terms

Pro subscribers may connect a Telegram account to receive market alerts and daily briefings via our Telegram bot. By linking your account:

• You authorize us to send messages to your Telegram chat, including daily briefings, regime shift alerts, whale consensus changes, and liquidation spike notifications.
• You can disconnect Telegram at any time from your account settings, which immediately stops all alerts.
• Each Telegram account may only be linked to one BTC Regime account at a time.
• We do not read or access your Telegram messages. We only send outbound alerts.
• Alert delivery depends on Telegram's availability. We do not guarantee delivery timing or uptime of third-party messaging services.

9. API & Programmatic Access

• Programmatic access to the dashboard beyond normal browser usage is not permitted without written authorization.
• If we offer API keys in the future, they will be personal, non-transferable, and subject to rate limits.
• Dashboard data may not be used to build a competing service.

10. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Coinglass, Financial Modeling Prep, the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API, DefiLlama, and Hyperliquid. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on the dashboard. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should independently verify any data before relying on it.

11. NOT Financial Advice

BTC Regime is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or regulated financial entity in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The regime classification, scores, signals, and all associated data are analytical and informational tools only. They do not constitute recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made using information from this service.

All backtested statistics presented on this site are hypothetical results derived from historical simulations. They do not represent actual trading results, and past performance (whether backtested or actual) does not guarantee or indicate future results.

12. Regulatory Status

BTC Regime is not licensed, registered, or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or any other financial regulatory authority. The service does not hold, transfer, or custody any cryptocurrency or financial assets on behalf of users.

13. Intellectual Property

The regime classification algorithm, 4-pillar scoring methodology, dashboard design, and all associated content are proprietary to BTC Regime. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, scores, or classifications provided through the service.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BTC REGIME, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BTC Regime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any investment or trading decisions you make using information from the service.

17. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
• Sections 11 (Not Financial Advice), 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 15 (Limitation of Liability), 16 (Indemnification), and 18 (Governing Law) survive termination.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Singapore, by a single arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BTC Regime regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
